What is Team Art Locker?
It's your personal design studio where you customize some existing designs. Choose from hundreds of designsand customize the school name, mascot name, sport, activity or make color modifications.

What is Team Art Locker?
It's your personal design studio where you create and download artwork that is ready for production at your decorator. You avoid artwork fees and save valuable production time! Choose from hundreds of designs and customize the school name, mascot name, sport, activity or make color modifications. The site offers three file types including Production Proof PDF, Production Art PDF, and PNGs. Production Art PDF files are “ready for production” and can be added to your LWOs to be used by your decorator. Production Proof is a placement proof that can be sent to your customer. The PNG files are perfect for My Team Shops.

How do I use Team Art Locker to create vector artwork for my decorator?
Click the DOWNLOAD button. A new window should appear with file saving options. Save that as a file on your computer. When ready, upload that file to your LWO. Want to use your iPad to download the PDF? Click DOWNLOAD, select Production Art PDF and save the file in iBooks or choose EMAIL to send the file to yourself and save it on your computer later.

What are Production PDFs and PNG files and when do I use them?

• Production Art PDF - This is the file your decorator needs. It is "ready for production" and is in a Vector format, which is required by almost all decorators. Note: The PDF is the “finished” design and if you send this file to your decorator and request additional changes to the design, you may incur artwork fees.

• PNG - This is perfect for My Team Shop! The image size is 450x450, which is the perfect size for uploading to your My Team Shop.

Can I try a different color font or background color?
Simply click the color circle icon in the Color 1, Color 2, Color 3, or Product Color fields and choose from over 26 different shades (24 being the Core 24 for Preferred Decorators).

Can I change the font used in my design?
Fonts are pre-set for Mascot Print and Stock Print designs and cannot be altered at this time. For Mascot Embroidery will be able to adjust fonts.

What if a Team's information is incorrect (Colors, Team Name, etc.)?

Why aren't my changes appearing on the screen?

How do I create a design with more than two colors?
At this time, artwork using more than 2 colors is considered a Custom Design. However, feel free to use your 2-color design as a guide for your decorator by uploading the file to your LWO and providing additional instructions to your decorator (Note: you may incur additional artwork fees. See your decorator price sheet for details). Or send your design to Lantern官方 and receive production artwork for less than what most decorators charge. There are a few designs that are actually 3 color available, but most are still 1 or 2 color options.

Can I add a school’s mascot or logo to the website?
Now have the option to add a Mascot/Logo as a Master Mascot and have the option to add them to the stock designs under the Mascot Print and Mascot Embroidery.

Why can't I find colleges and universities?
Due to licensing restrictions, colleges and universities are not currently included in Team Art Locker.

You can invite a customer to grant special access to their own designs. The invitation process is simple, CLICK or TAP the Invitation button to send your customer a personal invitation to their team art locker page. Your customer will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to access their page.

Team Art Locker is a personal design studio where you can create and download production ready artwork tailored specifically to your customer’s liking. Choose from hundreds of stock designs where you may customize school name, mascot, sport, activity, and/or color. In addition to stock designs, you may request custom artwork to be completed and generate production ready art created specifically for your customer.

What are Production Proofs, Production Art, PNG and Zip files and when do I use them?

• Production Art PDF - This is the file your decorator needs. It is “ready for production” and is in a Vector format which will be uploaded directly to your LWO. Note: the PDF is the “finished” design and if you send this file to your decorator and request additional changes to the design, you may incur artwork fees.
• Production Proof PDF – This file functions as a proof to send to your customer so they may approve or make changes to the created art design before sending the Production Art to your decorator.
• PNG - This file type is required to add art to your MTS. The image size is 450x450, which produces the clearest images for your customer’s viewing on the My Team Shop platform.
• Zip - This file type acts like a briefcase containing multiple files. When you select Zip file download, Team Art Locker exports all the file types above into one file. Best practice: Always attach the zip file to LWOs to ensure the decorator receives all the proper files.

Can I get an image for My Team Shop design preview?
You will be required to use the PNG file on MTS. When viewing a design (whether stock or custom) select either DOWNLOAD or EMAIL artwork buttons and choose the PNG file option. The image size is 450x450, which is the necessary size for uploading art to your MTS.

Can I add a school’s mascot or logo to the website?
You have the option to add a Mascot/Logo as a Master Mascot to be used in print and embroidery designs. You can request the creation of a Master Mascot using the Custom Art request (select Master Mascot). You can submit a piece of artwork that contains the logo or wordmark you wish to use as a Master Mascot. Just attach that image to your request and specify which element should be converted to a Master Mascot.

Why can't I find colleges and universities?
Due to licensing restrictions, some colleges and universities are not currently included in Team Art Locker. In some cases, those schools can be added as Private accounts.

Can my customer access this site?
Yes, you may invite a customer to create and manipulate their own designs. The invitation process is simple – Locate the customer in Team Art Locker and click into their art page. In the top right corner of the screen you will see a “Customer Invitation” button. Clicking on that button will allow you to send your customer a personal invitation to their Team Art Locker page. Your customer will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to access their page.
